Ha! Actually, the snippet above is misleading out of context. The reference is to a Special Issue of Chaos, Solitons & Fractals edited by Hassan Aref on chaotic mixing (which does have applications in food processing and has nothing to do with mystical cantorian spacetimes). However, The Great Man being the way he is, added his own name to the list of editors of this Special Issue, presumably because he could as Editor-in-Chief of the journal. So, now people cite the Special Issue with Aref & El Naschie as the co-editors...
