Readers will recall that the youngest of the three brothers, Amr Elnashai, frequently accuses Said Elnaschaie and his wife Shadia Al-Shishini of stealing their mother's money by forgery. On Internet forums, Amr often attacks Said under the pseudonym Scorpion300.

Politically, the El-Ghad Party is described by Wikipedia as liberal democratic with an emphasis on human rights. It has but one seat out of 454 in the People's Assembly (lower house) and none in the Shura Council (upper house). Police have been tearing down anti-Gamal Mubarak posters pasted around Cairo by El-Ghad members. Said Elnaschaie makes the Egyptian news frequently through participation in anti-government protests. He is particularly keen to have the Egypt-Gaza border opened up.

Mohamed El Naschie, of course, is a strong supporter of President Hosni Mubarak's ruling National Democratic Party, so this is another potential area of strife among the brothers.
