Nobel Laureate Gerard 't Hooft Came To Deterministic Quantum Mechanics After Meeting Mohamed El Naschie

Dissipative quantum mechanics is not identical but related to deterministic quantum mechanics which was recently suggested by Gerard 't Hooft. It is the least promising of all the three roads to a fundamental quantum theory namely that of T. Palmer and M. El Naschie. Interestingly 't Hooft started his research on this topic only after meeting Mohamed El Naschie some fifteen years ago.
Did 't Hooft ever acknowledge his indebtedness to Mohamed El Naschie? No.
And today we learn that 't Hooft has a new paper, A class of elementary particle models without any adjustable real parameters. It clearly was inspired by El Naschie's A review of E infinity theory and the mass spectrum of high energy particle physics. It saddens me to report that 't Hooft again fails to cite his bosom buddy El Naschie, even though El Naschie in his own papers cites 't Hooft often.
We think 't Hooft needs to acknowledge that all great scientists, even himself, stand on the shoulders of giants. One such giant is his own friend... Mohamed El Naschie.
