Mrs Justice Sharp gets distracted

The judge puts El Naschie v Nature aside, and instead will spend Tuesday hearing cases nobody gives a damn about.

The Queen's Bench List for Tuesday, 15 November 2011 contains this entry:

COURT 14
Before MRS JUSTICE SHARP
Tuesday, 15th November 2011
At half past 10
STATEMENTS IN OPEN COURT

SIOC/11/1223 Wu v Ma & anr
SIOC/11/1259 Marinakis v Haymarket Media Group Ltd
SIOC/11/1219 Tweedy v Bauer Media Ltd
SIOC/11/1220 Same v Express Newspapers

We can only hope that she regains focus on Wednesday.
