Mrs. Justice Sharp still nowhere to be found

In Law and Media Round Up – 14 May 2012, Judith Townsend writing for Inforrm's Blog confirms what we have been observing for many months.

The following reserved judgments after public hearings remain outstanding:

...El-Naschie v Macmillan, heard 11, 14, 16 to 18, 21, 22, 25, 28-30 November, 1 -2 December 2011 (Sharp J)...

Key words: Dame Victoria Madeleine Sharp; The Honourable Mrs. Justice Sharp. (Let's try to get this Photoshop to climb up her Google Image Search results list.)

  1. Was the original photo about some British girls partying? :p

P.S. Ms. Hannah Ready of One Brick Court would certainly not need any photoshopping. :p

  2. Shrink, the original is from this page.

Here's Ms. Hannah Ready of One Brick Court holding a bottle of Smirnoff. Possibly.

I guess this might be the last time El Naschie has the chance to go to court over the subject.

Very interesting, thank you! Clearly El Naschie's suit was a motivating factor, although it is not mentioned in that Nature article. (I wouldn't expect them to mention it, because the case isn't wrapped up yet.)
